The short version: MyMedReply is a writing tool. An AI drafts your response from your paperwork and your own words. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for it.
MyMedReply helps you write responses to health care paperwork, such as denials, bills and records requests. It reads the notice you upload, fills in the facts, and writes a letter in your words and tone. It is a writing service and plain-language information about paperwork.
We are not a law firm, a health plan, a health care provider or an insurance adviser. Nothing on this site is legal, medical, insurance or financial advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship. If your situation is complicated or the stakes are high, a qualified professional can advise you on your specific case.
Letters are written by AI. AI can make mistakes, including mistakes about facts, deadlines and rules. You are responsible for reviewing a letter before you send it and for what it says. We do not guarantee that a letter will lead to any result, such as an approved claim, a reduced bill or a response from anyone. A deadline printed on your own notice always comes first.
You keep ownership of what you upload and write, and of the letters you receive. You give us permission to process them, including by sending them to our AI service provider, only as needed to provide the service. See our Privacy page for how it is handled.
You can draft and read your response for free. The rule references in it stay hidden until you pay. You can pay for a single letter, or for a case package that covers up to the number of letters shown at checkout over the period shown there. Prices are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
If you are charged and your response does not unlock, or something breaks, email us and we will fix it or refund you. Because you can see the draft before you pay and your response is delivered right away, other payments are not refundable except where the law requires it.
MyMedReply is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will meet your needs.
To the fullest extent the law allows, SHORE AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost claims, benefits, money or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, so parts of this may not apply to you.
We may change the site or these terms, and we will update the date above. We may suspend access for misuse. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
