The short version: you upload a notice, an AI reads it and writes your response, and you pay to copy it. We use your information to do that and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we are

MyMedReply is run by SHORE AI LLC, based in Malibu, California ("we", "us"). You can reach us at info@shore-ai.com.

What you give us, and what happens to it

• Photos of your notice. Your browser shrinks them and sends them to an AI service so the AI can read them. We do not keep the photos.
• The facts and your own words. What you type into the form, and the words you write in step 3, are sent to the AI service so it can write your response. Until then they stay in your browser.
• Your written response. Your response is held on our server for up to 24 hours so it can be unlocked after you pay. Then it is deleted automatically.
• Payment. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. We keep a simple order record (the plan you bought, how many letters are left, and an order number) for up to 90 days so a case package works as promised.
• Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider sees your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit abuse, such as too many requests in an hour. We do not log the contents of your notices or letters.

Who else handles it

• An AI service provider reads your photos and writes your response. We send only what is needed for that.
• Stripe processes payments.
• Our hosting provider runs the site.
• Google Fonts delivers the typefaces on the page, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Health information

Medical notices contain sensitive information. Please share only what you are comfortable sharing, and feel free to cover up things the response does not need, such as a full Social Security number. MyMedReply is not a health care provider, health plan or clearinghouse.

Your choices

Because we keep so little, there is not much to ask for. You can email us to ask what we hold about an order, or to have it deleted, and we will respond promptly. If you live in California or another state with privacy rights, you may have additional rights, and we will honor valid requests.

Security

We use encrypted connections and keep access to the site and its data limited. No system is perfectly secure, so we also keep what we hold to a minimum.

Children

MyMedReply is for adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this page, we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use what you give us, we will say so on the site.
